Validity

With the purchase of the product in the online shop on www.octason-records.de, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.

Confirmation of the order

The buyer receives a confirmation email immediately after his appointment from Octason records Ltd. about the receipt of his order with designated shipping costs and total amount of the order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery within Germany is up to 7 days after receipt of payment. If the delivery is not possible within this time, Octason Records Ltd. undertakes to inform the buyer thereof immediately. In this case the buyer may rescind from the purchase, and will immediately be refunded the purchase amount already paid. Only sets that are typical for individual customers can be delivered.

Warranty

The warranty takes place in accordance with the Federal Republic of Germany.
